0018: of the last <b>16 teams </b>that will be left after the 2nd round of the NCAA tournament.</font></p>

0021: time (i.e. upon registration of the regular pool) or <b>any time before the 
0022: 3rd round begins</b>.</font></p>

0027: continue to enjoy the NCAA tournament, even though you might be out of the 
0028: regular pool because some of your picks may have <b> <i>choked</i></b> in the first two rounds.</font></p>
0029: <p><font face="Arial" size="2">The entry fee is <b>$15 per entry</b>, and you can

0033: <font face="Arial" size="2">The participants of the 2nd Chance Pool will be competing for a prize fund 
0034: that equals half of the amount of the entry fees received minus Paypal fees, if

0036: &quot;regular&quot; contest:&nbsp; Top 10% gets half of the prize fund, pro-rated according 
0037: to total points earned, with the top 5 splitting the other half of the prize fund
